Dish machine not reaching 160F minimum sanitization rinse. COS- repaired during inspection.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Hot water handled is in disrepair at the 3-compartment sink. The water is being turning off and on at the valve under the sink. Corrective action: repair faucet at the 3-compartment sink.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
The water filtration system is leaking at connections. Corrective action: Repair leaks at the connection fittings.
16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed

Septic system failure. Facility is currently pumping every week to mitigate failure until connected to public sewer. Corrective action: In the event of an individual on-site sewage disposal system failure, a connection shall be made to public or community sewage disposal system if such system is available within two hundred feet (200’) of the property line, or available in a public right-of-way abutting the property of a fixed food service establishment. Pressure gauge for dish machine missing needle. Corrective action: Repair replace pressure gauge.

Refrigeration door gaskets have buildup of debris substance. Advised PIC to clean gaskets with a frequency to keep gaskets cleaned to sight and touch.
