Inspector observed hand sink by gyro station not supplied with hand soap. COS - PIC supplied the hand sink with a pump style hand soap. Corrective action: Hand sinks shall be supplied with hand soap.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Inspector observed 1 of the 3 hand sinks in the kitchen turned off due to a leak. Corrective action: Sinks and plumbing shall be maintained in good repair.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Inspector observed cooler drawers under grill in disrepair. Corrective action: Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications; equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Inspector observed hood vent not clean with accumulations of oil and drips of oil above grills. Corrective action: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
