Observed front kitchen hand sink blocked with rolling bakery rack. Advised PIC to have hand sink available at all times. COS- rack moved.

Observed front dump sink used to wash utensils. Advised PIC to wash utensils in the 4-compartment sink to effectively sanitize utensils.
