Inspector observed containers of food stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Corrective action: Food must be stored 6 inches above floor.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Inspector observed multiple stacks of clean utensils wet nested. Corrective action: Utensils must be stored in a self-draining position; completely air dry before stacking as clean.
