Observed paper towel dispenser for the hand sink installed over the vegetable prep sink. Corrective action re-locate the paper towel dispenser to be located over the hand sink and install a splash guard between the vegetable prep sink and hand sink.

Observed condenser leak/ice buildup in the reach in freezer. Condenser water is non-potable water. Corrective action: defrost unit, repair/replace condenser continue placing pan beneath leak until repaired.

Hot water was not available to vegetable prep sink. Corrective action have reconnected / repaired.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed the condenser and ice bin drain lines from the ice machine with the drain lines inserted into the drain. Corrective action: repair/replace drain lines for the ice machine so that the drain lines fall 4" for every 10ft of drain line and are indirectly drained (with an air gap).
