The cavities and door seals of microwave ovens shall be cleaned at least every 24 hours by using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure. Note: Observed food build-up inside microwave. PIC instructed to clean and sanitize microwave daily.

Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.
This does not apply to employees such as counter staff who only serve beverages and wrapped or packaged foods, hostesses, and wait staff if they present a minimal risk of contaminating exposed food, clean utensils and linens and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
NOTE: Observed two employees on the food line without hair restraints. PIC COS by having employees place on hair restraints.

Back door to outside is not self-closing and has a small gap. Outer openings must be solid, self-closing and tight-fitting. Fix Door such that there are no gaps and it is self-closing to prevent the entry of pests and insects.
