Observed 0 ppm for the lactic acid sanitizer at the 3C sink. Upon further investigation, EHS that drum was empty and PIC confirmed that there were no drums onsite.
PIC have all dishes run through the dishwasher until their new shipment arrives.

Observed several Heavily scored cutting board hanging in the main kitchen.
Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they cannot be resurfaced.
PIC will discard and replace these cutting boards.
