Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(l) - removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pest (c)
Observed dead roaches underneath the three compartment sink. Upon further investigation, EHS was informed by PIC that their facility is not being serviced by a pest control agent. CA - PIC will contact a pest control vendor to service their kitchen and is recommended to voluntarily lose until;l its is done. Legal notice issued.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Observed no hot water in at the hand sink for the front food service line. CA. - PIC will contact a vendor to service their sink.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(r),(s) - frequency, removal of refuse, recyclables and returnables often enough to minimize odors and attracting pests; receptacles or vehicles, removal from premises in approved manner (c)
Observed a large pile of cardboard boxes at the back of the kitchen. PIC discarded all the boxes.
