Observed a black mold like substance on the nozzles of the drink machine. PIC had the nozzles cleaned and sanitized.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed several opened and cut packages of deli meat in the fridge of the kitchen. PIC had an employee date mark it.
