Observed the flow meter not working properly at the time of the inspection. CA- the flow meter shall be working properly and in the appropriate range. 511-3-5-.07(4)(b) - (b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. Observed the wrong no lifeguard on duty sign at the time of the inspection. CA- correct wording no lifeguard on duty risk of drowning supervise children closely shall be posted. 511-3-5-.18(12)(b) - (b) Where no lifeguard is on duty, a sign or signs shall be placed in clear view at or near the entrance to the pool and shall state in clearly legible letters at least four inches high “WARNING - NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY and RISK OF DROWNING - SUPERVIS (b) Where no lifeguard is on duty, a sign or signs shall be placed in clear view at or near the entrance to the pool and shall state in clearly legible letters at least four inches high “WARNING - NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY and RISK OF DROWNING - SUPERVISE CHILDREN CLOSELY”.

Observed no pool risk sign at the time of the inspection.
