Observed that the chlorine is 21 ppm far above the required which is 2 ppm- 10 ppm. Observed a foam ring buoy that was not U.S. coast guard approved. Observed the flow meter not working at the time of the inspection. Observed the ladder leading into the 3ft not properly secure to the pool deck. CA- ladder shall be secure and easily removable from pool deck. 511-3-5-.06(3)(f)1. - 1. Handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools.

Observed disinfectant levels above 10 ppm, chlorine observed measuring 16 ppm during inspection. Advised PIC to lower chlorine levels to requirement.

Observed failure to maintain a working emergency phone at the pool deck. Phone will call out and connect to 911 however the operator is unable to hear the caller
