Observed pink mold-like substance buildup on the interior of the ice machine flap. 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils - Cleaning Frequency: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. Advised to clean frequently and monitor.

Observed Packaged food was stored in direct contact with ice or water and the food in the package is subject to the entry of water due to the nature of its packaging, wrapping, container or positioning within the ice or water. PIC moved boxes to avoid contamination.

Observed walk in freezer light accumulated water and it affected the brightness. Observed ice build up on boxes of food. Boxes of food will not be used and to be discarded. 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - Good Repair, physical facilities maintained; Cleaning, Frequency & Restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (C) (5) Maintenance and Operation.

(a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC will repair within 2 days.
