Emergency phone at the pool not operational. CPO advised to have apartment office staff to service or replace the emergency phone to render it functional. An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure and must be readily available to bathers at all times.
