I observed failure to post a sign on the handwashing sink in the toilet 511-6-1.07(3)(d) - Handwashing Signage (C) (d) Handwashing Signage. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. CA: PIC advised to post a notice/sign close to the sink

Observed food employees are washing hands in a 3 compartment sink other than an approved hand wash sink because hand sinks are inaccessible and has not paper towel to dry hands. 511-6-1-.03(5)(d) - Where to wash (Pf) (d) Where to Wash. Food employees shall clean their hands in a handwashing sink or approved automatic hand-washing facility and may not clean their hands in a sink used for food preparation or ware washing, or in a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. PIC advised to unblock handsink and make accessible.

Observed Hand wash sink lacking proper hand drying provisions. 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - Hand Drying Provision (Pf) (b) Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

1. Individual, disposable towels; Pf

2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf

3. A heated-air hand drying device; Pf or

4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. PIC provided paper towel.

Observed pink mold in an interior of ice machine in the kitchen. 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils - Cleaning Frequency (P, C) (b) Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils.

1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned. PIC scoped ice, washed and sanitized during inspection.

Observed no inspection report and current food permit posted. 511-6-1.02(1)(f)(1) - Permit, Displayed (C)

1. Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. The most current inspection report and food permit shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
