Observed in cooler below prep top sink a container of raw chicken stored uncovered on bottom shelf. Observed in prep top cooler a tray of onions stored directly on top of trays of tomatoes and leafy greens below with bottom of onion tray touching food items below. Observed multiple employee jackets/clothing items stored on rack containing dry food items.
