Observed failure to provide cleaning agent clean food contact surfaces. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned in between uses. Assisted PIC to set up sanitizer bucket.

Observed a personal cell phone stored on a food prep table at the main kitchen. Contamination shall be prevented during food preparation. Advised staff to keep cell off the prep table.
