Observed box of canned Coca Cola soda stored on floor underneath prep sink in kitchen. Operator removed soda box from floor and stored 6 inches from floor. Observed food stored on floor.

(i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
