Observed two employee drinks stored next to food in a RIC in the kitchen. (CA) Advised the PIC that employee drinks need to be stored in designated areas away from food and food prep areas. drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed.

Observed that the permit posted has expired and is in the back of the restaurant. (CA) Advised the PIC to pay for the current permit and post the permit in public view. Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers

Observed build up of mold-like residue inside of Ice machine in the main kitchen area. CA: Advised PIC equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf.
