Observed single service items stored on the floor in the store room and at front service area. (CA) Advised the PIC that the items need to be stored at least 6 inches above the floor. single-service and single-use articles shall be stored:
(i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
(iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor.

Observed the floors, walls, and ceiling needed cleaning and repair. (CA) Advised the PIC that the facility needed cleaning and repair. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
