Observed a large box stored on hand washing sink, obstructing access in main kitchen. COS: Box removed.

Observed the walk in fridge drain for the ac unit is still draining into the handsink.

1. A public sewage treatment plant if connection to such system is available within two hundred feet (200’) of the property line, or available in a public right-of-way abutting the property of the fixed food service establishment ;P or

2. An individual on-site sewage disposal system that is sized, constructed, maintained, and operated according to law. P and

3. In the event of an individual on-site sewage disposal system failure, a connection shall be made to public or community sewage disposal system if such system is available within two hundred feet (200’) of the property line, or available in a public right-of-way abutting the property of a fixed food service establishment. P

(i) Other Liquid Wastes and Rainwater. Condensate drainage and other non-sewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. PIC will have a vendor create a connection to the drain for the sink to prevent contamination of hands.

Observed an outlet of the WIC draining into the hand sink for the dish pit area.

(i) Other Liquid Wastes and Rainwater. Condensate drainage and other nonsewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. PIC will contact a plumber to create a connection to the sink’s drain.

Observed garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster.

A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean.

PIC will ensure that the refuse area is cleaned.
