Observed a black mold like substance on the nozzle of a drink gun. EHs had an employee clean the gun.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed no date marking for any of the food that was prepared days ago. EHS. Had an employee discard the items.
11A - proper cooling methods used: adequate equipment for temperature control

Observed an employee put a large pot of marinara in the walk in fridge. CA - PIC will ensure that proper cooling methods are used. EHS provided posters.

Observed no permit posted in the facility. Upon further investigation, EHS observed that the permit has been not paid since 2022. Legal Notice issued
