Observed several food items in the walk in fridge were above 41 F. See temp log for readings. PIC discarded all item prepare and opened before today.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(d) - food storage containers identified with common name of food (c)
Observed several working containers of spices and seasonings that were not labeled. CA - PIC will ensure that all seasonings and spices are labeled.
