Observed several ready to eat foods that were present past their discard date. PIC discarded the items observed.

Observed a heavily scored cutting board on teh steam table that was not in use. CA. - PIC will have the cutting board replaced or refurbished.

Observed ablack mold like on the nozzles of the drink machine and several heavily scored cutting board with black mold in the gashes.

1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. PIC had the drink nozzles cleaned and sanitized before their next use. PIC will ensure that the cutting board noted are discarded and replaced.

Observed food employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. EHS had the staff remove the jewelry and wash their hand before returning to work.

Observed that the facility has an expired permit. Upon further investigation, the facilty has not paid for their permit since 2023 and had an inspection in 2024.

1. Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers PIC will ensure that the fees for the food service permit are paid. legal notice issued.

Observed several unopened milks with expiration date 12/29/23. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. C/A: COS: PIC discarded milks and contacted Gordon foods.
