Observed ambient temperatures above 41F in the WIC and WIF. See temp log for readings. PIC late confirmed that he turned off the units 30 mins prior to me inspecting them to do inventory. Equipment for cooling and heating food, and holding cold and hot food, shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide food temperatures as specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04. EHS instructed PIC to turn the units back on. EHS returned a few minutes later to take new readings and they were 41F and below. See temp log for new readings.
