Observed boxes of single use cups and lids stored on ground in back of main kitchen. CA: Advised PIC to store all single use items at least six inches off ground.

Observed the rotor for the element of the WIC weren’t spinning like the third one on the far left. EHS also the temperature was 41 F.
PIC will contact their vendor to service the WIC element.

Observed several employee items in the WIC. They are as follows: pita bread, an apple and a coffee mug.
PIC moved these items to the bottom shelf and labeled them employee items.
