Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(h) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, disposition (p)
Observed multiple ready to eat foods such as sauces, cut vegetables, and meats stored in reach in cooler units past disposition dates discarded. Observed TCS foods prepped and stored past the 24 hour mark not date-marked. All TCS foods stored past 24 hours or not in their original containers must be date marked and discarded at their disposition date. PIC discarded food items.

Floors not maintained cleanable and durable. Observed floors nearest grill in need of repairing and sealing. Floors must remain cleanable and durable.
