14D - gloves used properly
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(n)2,3,4 - gloves, use limitations, slash resistant gloves & cloth gloves (c)
Observed no glove change and hand-washing in-between handling non-ready to eat food such as handling raw beef to cook a burger to ready to eat food (the lettuce, tomato, and cheese) to prevent contamination. Discussed with PIC and cook to follow proper hand washing and glove exchange procedures to prevent cross-contamination. PIC instructed cook to follow proper glove exchange procedures.
