Was informed by PIC power outages that occurred in the morning (less than 2 hours before inspection) caused foods to be out of temp. All TCS foods within walk-in were moved to reach-in coolers or discarded. Facility will repair walk-in cooler by 6/3/24 and discontinue storing TCS foods until that day.

Observed chili and BBQ held at 41F in WI cooler. All toher products in cooler were not TCS or were raw. Ambient of WI cooler was 46F. TCS foods must be maintained 41F or below. Facility must have adequate cold holding space to operate. Chili and BBQ were moved to the prep top cooler. Facility must keep foods in prep top until WI cooler is repaired. Two other CH units were not functioning (currently used for bread storage). Facility has one week to provide adequate cold holding space (repair WI cooler or provide funtioning alternative.)
