Observed grease build up on the walls in the main kitchen behind and to the side of the fryer at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated cleaning frequency shall be increased to prevent build up.

Base Violation Observed the wooden door for the base displayed significant weathering at the bottom with a significant amount of light coming in through the hole whenever the door is closed at the time of this inspection. CA: Management stated that the door will be repaired to provide a tight fitting protective seal.
