COS: The cup was removed and discarded and the ice cream mix was discarded. COS: Bacon Was discarded and new bacon was cooked. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that TPHC is being properly followed by staff including training on the written procedures, marking the items held under TPHC with a 4 hr discard time, and discarding the food items at the end of the 4 hrs.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility was reheating chili and initially attempted to place it into hot holding unstirred with temps still at 98 deg f internally. COS: Glynn Eh instructed management to follow the manufactures instructions to stir the chili and ensure a temp of at least 170 before hot holding. Management followed the instructions and the chili reached a temp of 175. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that staff are trained to properly follow the manufacturers instructions for reheating the chili.

GA DPH food code also instructs management to let Microwaved foods to cool for 2 min before being used.
