Observed two large cooked ground beef containers where left to cool overnight in walk in cooler and where displaying temperatures of 55 F and 57 F at the time of this inspection. COS: Management discarded products. CA: Cooked time/temperature control for safety food shall be cooled within 2 hours from 135°F (57°C) to 70°F (21°C), and within 4 hours from 135°F (57°C) to 41°F (5°C) or less (6 hours total) to prevent contamination.

Observed sanitizer dispenser was producing a sanitizer solution higher than 500 ppm of Quat. sanitizer at the time of this inspection. CA: Chemical sanitizers, including chemical sanitizing solutions generated on-site, and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall be maintained between 200 ppm - 400 ppm when using Quat. sanitizer.

Observed that the hand washing sink's handle was not working properly at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated that hand washing sink handle will be fixed as soon as possible. He called plumber immediately.

Observed at the time of this inspection that food was being stored uncovered in multiple reach in freezer units. (BASE OF OPERATION) COS: Management covered foods. CA: Management stated that staff will be retrained to properly cover foods at all times in the facility.
