Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a display cooler that was holding TCS food items above 41 deg f. COS: TCS food items were discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management not to use the unit with TCS food items until it is serviced and restored to a level where it can hold TCS food items at or below 41 deg f.
