Observed during the course of this inspection that the internal food contact surfaces of the ice machine displayed buildup. COS: Management cleaned and sanitized the unit. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the internal food contact surfaces of the ice machine are cleaned and sanitized frequently enough to ensure they are kept clean to sight and touch.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had wiping cloths stored outside of sanitizer in multiple areas. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that once soiled all wiping cloths are stored in appropriate strength sanitizer.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the designated veggie sink was storing a potted plant and a sanitizer bucket. COS: Items were removed from the veggie sink. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that the fruit/vegetable sink is used for the sole purpose of washing fruits/vegetables and only that.

Observed during the course of this inspection that in the main kitchen there were multiple containers of kitchen spatulas/spoons and other cooking equipment stored in ways that did not protect the food lip contact surface. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to protect the food lip contact surfaces of all equipment that will come into contact with food by inverting or covering the items.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a container of assorted single service items stored directly on the floor. COS: Container was elevated off of the floor. CA: Glynn County EH instructs management to ensure that all single service items are stored at least 6 inches off of the floor in a clean dry area.

Observed during the course of this inspection that there was old food buildup inside of the walk in cooler. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the walk in cooler floor is being cleaned out enough to prevent the buildup on old food debris.
