Observed ice machine had a moldlike buildup in food contact surface area inside machine at the time of this inspection. COS: Management cleaned surface. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed that soda fountain nuzzles had a brown buildup in food contact surface area at the time of this inspection. COS: Management removed nuzzles and sent to wash. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(8)(b) - hot water and chemical-methods(p)
Observed temperature dishwasher was not reaching 160F in the main kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Management stated that dishwasher will be inspected by technician. EHS instructs manager to switch to manual warewashing using a chemical sanitizer. CA: Use temperature test strips (or irreversible thermometer) to ensure a utensil surface temperature of 160ºF (71ºC) is being reached.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Observed a spray bottle with a blue chemical that did not have the common name of said chemical at the time of this inspection. COS: Management wrote common name on bottle. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed a bottle or hydrogen peroxide, and two bottles of sanitizer tablets being stored on shelve above food items in the kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Management removed chemicals. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Observed facility had expired temperature test strips at the time of this inspection. COS: EHS provided temperature test strips. CA: Make sure that test strips are being replaced when expired.
