16 - pool deck: maintained, unobstructed and clean
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(1)(f) - (f) the deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter.
Observed damage in multiple spots of the pool surfacing at the time of this inspection. CA: Pool must be resurfaced prior to the permitting inspection for next pool season (2027 Pool season)
