Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility was cleaning food contact surfaces and tables with a bleach water solution that registered above 200ppm on test strips. CA: Glynn Eh instructed facility PIC to re clean all surfaces with clean water to remove bleach residue. Facility received further instruction to acquire chlorine test strips and only use a solution of bleach water that is 50-100ppm to sanitize food contact surfaces such as tables and food prep areas or reclean and sanitize all surfaces after application if a strong solution is used.
