COS: Both staff members were stopped by Glynn EH and instructed to properly clean and wash hands. Staff Complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to properly train staff that any time they work with raw meats or any source of contamination they must properly wash their hands before working with any clean and sanitary equipment or attempting to engage in food prep.
