Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility tea urn nozzles displayed old tea buildup on the inside of the nozzles. COS: Tea Urns were removed from service to have the nozzles cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all tea urns and nozzles are cleaned and sanitized at least every 24 hrs.
