Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility wall mounted sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing sanitizer. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to have the unit serviced before the next banquet and ensure an appropriate concentration between 150-400ppm.
