Observed a hand sink not working in the main kitchen at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager shall place an out of order sign until it is repaired. Manager stated maintenance will repair hand wash sink.

Observed food being stored in the cabinet cooler without being covered properly to prevent contamination at the time of this inspection. CA: Staff shall ensure food is covered in a way that prevents contamination during storage

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had sanitizer wipes stored in multiple areas of the facility above equipment and single use items as well as "coffee cleaner tablets" stored above equipment. COS: Items were relocated when observed. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all chemicals and potentially toxic substances are properly stored in areas separate and away from food, equipment, and single use items.
