Observed handwashing sink by ice cream machines did not have paper towels at the time of this inspection. COS: Paper towels supplied. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels.

Observed handwashing sink in front service area did not have soap at the time of this inspection. COS: PIC stated they will add soap. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Observed stacks of ice cream cups being stored without protection from vertical contamination in the main area of this facility at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager covered items. CA: Single service items such as cups should be stored where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination.

Observed a box with single service cups being stored in the floor in the main kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: PIC removed box from floor. CA: Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored at least 6" from the floor.
