Observed that facility is using lactic acid sanitizer and has the necessary test strips but the comparison chart on test strip bottle has peeled off and it is not possible to compare and determine the sanitizer concentration at the time of this inspection. CA: A test kit to accurately determine the concentration of sanitizer solution shall be provided.
