Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(c) - when to wash (p)
Observed employee did not wash hands nor dawned gloves between working the cash register and engaging in food preparation. COS: Employee washed hands. EHS reminds staff about the importance of washing hands before dawning gloves prior to engaging in food preparation. CA: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation and before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food; After engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands.
