Observed all sanitizer buckets in the kitchen and the sanitize section of the 3-comp sink reading zero ppm at the time of this inspection. COS Asst Mgr had all buckets and sink remade and checked. CA Monitoring will be increased

Four in use probe thermometers were found without proper calibration at the time of this inspection. All were in the same container with 2 reading 80, 1 reading 96, and 1 reading 75. COS All were replaced and calibrated CA Mgr stated calibration frequency will increase.

Observed peeling plastic on the top of the microwave in the kitchen at the time of this inspection. CA remove peeling plastic so top will be smooth and cleanable and the possibility of food contamination will be reduced.

Observed facility with walk in cooler gaskets, walk in freezer gaskets, and reach in cooler gaskets with build up and in need of cleaning/ replacement at the time of this inspection. CA: Increase cleaning frequency or replace. Observed front service reach in coolers with black and rusty build up on joints and seams of the internal cooling side areas. CA: Increase cleaning frequency.

Observed ice from the cooling unit forming on boxes of chicken nuggets in the walk in freezer at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility stated that a work order would be put in to address the issue and that the chicken nuggets will be moved.

Probe thermometer was not properly cleaned (W,R,S) prior to being inserted into a pan of cooked carrots at the time of this inspection, COS Carrots were discarded CA Manager reeducated the staff on the proper cleaning process for thermometers.
