Observed container of raw shelled eggs with manufacturers expiration date of 11/25/2025 and inspection performed on 1/29/2026. CA: Eggs, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: PIC discarded raw shelled eggs.

CA: Eggs, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: PIC discarded whipping cream.

Observed wiping cloths in chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength per manufacturers recommendations. CA: Wiping cloths must be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified by manufacturer. COS: Sanitizing solution was adjusted to 100 PPM Chlorine.
