Observed handwash sink blocked by prep top slicing cart in main kitchen. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: PIC moved prep cart.

Observed boxes of food product in walk in freezer with ice buildup. CA: Food shall be protected against possible sources of miscellaneous contamination. COS: Ice was removed from boxes and unit is due for new thermometer regulator.
