Observed no paper towels at handwashing sink at baking station. CA: Each handwashing sink shall be provided with disposable towels. COS: PIC provided paper towels at hand washing sink.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed several utensils and food pans stored as clean soiled with food debris on food contact surface. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Items properly cleaned.

Observed several yogurts with manufacturer use by date of 1/13/26 and inspection performed on 2/19/26. CA: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: PIC discarded yogurts.
