Observed front hand sink lacking hand cleanser. CA: All hand sinks must remain fully stocked with hot water, hand soap, and hand drying provision. COS: Employee went to store to purchase hand soap, and placed at hand sink.

Observed scoop handle in direct contact with product (flour). CA: Scoop handles shall be stored in order to prevent potential contamination of food products. COS: PIC removed scoop from product.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single service articles in secondary storage area stored directly on the floor. CA: All single services/use articles shall be stored at least 6" off the ground. COS: PIC placed items on storage shelving.
