IN FRONT COOK LINE AREA OF FACILITY THERE WAS A PREP TOP COOLER OBSERVED TO BE HOLDING AT 51 DEGREES. SLICED TOMATO WAS TEMPED AT 44 DEGREES AND SLICED AMERICAN CHEESE WAS OBSERVED AT 45 DEGREES. PIC THREW ITEMS AWAY AND MOVED ALL OTHER FOOD ITEMS TO A DIFFERENT COOLER UNTIL PREP TOP WAS FIXED.
