CREVICE BETWEEN HOT HOLDING STATION AND THE CUTTING BOARD SURFACE HAD A BUILD UP OF OLD FOOD AND DEBRIS. THE LOCATION WAS NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND EMPLOYEE HAD TO MANUALLY UNSCREW BRACKETS TO ACCESS THE CUTTING BOARD. RECOMMENED TO CHECK THIS AREA DAILY FOR FOOD SCRAPS TO PREVENT BUILD UP.

OBSERVED SEVERAL BROOMS AND DUST PANS STORED THROUGH OUT THE FACILITY NOT IN PROPER LOCATIONS AND NOT ACTIVELY BEING USED. PIC PLACED ITEMS IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS.
