Corrective action (CA): All ready-to-eat (RTE) foods, Time/temperature for safety control (TCS) foods shall be dated marked with the discard date or prep date for cold holding especially if they are held for longer than 24 hours. Corrected on-site: the bottles of milk were discarded.
