Observed Quaternary ammonium sanitizer (QUART) in the 3 Compartment sink exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. The concentration was at 500ppm. Corrective action (CA) Quart sanitizer shall have a concentration between 150ppm to 400ppm. The person in charge was informed and instructed to dilute the sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink to ensure the concentration is at an optimal concentration of 200 ppm. Also, the sanitizer dispenser shall be serviced.
